Hi! I’m Avery, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proud owner of Avery’s Medspa/ Health and Wellness. For those who don’t know me, I’ve worked in healthcare since 2014, spending time in neonatal ICU, pediatrics, women’s health, ENT, surgery, and family practice.

Medicine is my passion — especially family practice. I love running labs, getting to the root cause of a problem, and helping people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

The other half of my heart belongs to my family — my husband and I have been together for nearly 17 years, and we’re blessed with two children here with us and one in heaven. We live out in the country about 50 miles from Bismarck, surrounded by wide-open spaces, sunsets, and peace.

At Avery’s Health and Wellness, I’ve built something close to my heart — a place where beauty meets wellness. From weight loss and IV therapy to triLift skin tightening, facial tox, and filler, my goal is to help you feel confident, healthy, and vibrant again.
